This corporation was founded based on a dream to bring the best and brightest pilots in the verse together to make a successful corporation, both in profits and through prestige.  We do not allow illegal operations to go on within the corporation or from our employees, and this ensures that our business partners are able to trust us no matter the circumstance.

Departments

Resource Gathering:  This department houses our corporation's miners and explorers.  The explorers are responsible for scouting our new mining sites and locations for rare ores, which our miners are then responsible for gather and mining.  This department is also responsible for planning any and all mining expeditions into hostile territories, with the aid of our Security department.  The director of both departments will of course hammer out all details before any fleet operations are launched.

Production:  This department houses our research, refinery and manufacturing employees.  They are responsible for handling all R&D projects as well as utilizing all resources gathers from raw ore to refining it and finally producing finished, consumer grade products.  The director of this department will work hand in hand with our Resources department to ensure required materials are gathered as well as with our Sales department to makes sure all goods are produced to meet any sales contracts.

Sales:  This department is not only responsible for maintaining the OBB site for our miners and for negotiating sales contracts with customers as well as other corporations, but they are also responsible for negotiating any and all alliances.  This department will work with the directors of Production and Security to ensure that all sales contracts are fulfilled as well as ensuring delivery of goods and services are protected during shipping.

Security:  If the other three departments were to represent our hands, brains and wallet, this department surely represents our muscles.  The director of this department will ensure that the corporation and all of it's employees are well protected.  Whether it is patrolling the Headquarters sector for pirates, running escort for a mining fleet or product shipment, or even preparing to head to war with another corporation, it falls onto the Security department to ensure our employees and allies are kept safe.  The director of this department will work with all the other departments to ensure everyone is secure. 

Ship Replacement Program (SRP)

The program covers the cost of replacing any Tier 1 ship lost due to hostile encounters.  This replacement does not include the cost of any fittings, weapons, ammunition and/or cargo, it only covers the cost of the ship itself.

The replacement of the ship will be handled by either the director of the Sales Department or the Production Department.  The cost to the corporation will be assessed and if it will be cheaper to purchase the ship from the market, Sales will handle the transaction.  However, if it would be cheaper to build the ship from scratch, then Production will handle the issue.

The one exception to this program is that any ship lost during an illegal operation will NOT be replaced, and the employee might receive disciplinary action as well.

To request replacement of a ship, the employee must send notification to the Sales and Production Directors, explaining the situation, including the destruction record.  Once the request has been sent, it will take 48 - 72 hours for a determination to me made and for the ship to be procured.

Ore Buy Back (OBB)

This program allows our miners to make a decent living while also ensuring our corporation has the materials required for refining and production of goods.  The prices of ore are updated weekly based on the prices gathered from the Amarr Main Trading Hub located in the Amarr VIII (Oris) Station.  The Sales department handles the OBB program and ensures payment is received timely.

Corporate Shares

All employees that have been active and assisted the corporation in reaching its goals (short and/or long term) for a minimum of 90 days, will receive 1 share of stock in the corporation.  Dividends will be paid out based on the corporation's quarterly profits.

Each year, everyACTIVE employee will receive another share on their service anniversary with the corporation.

50% of all profits for the quarter will be utilized for dividends, so the more profitable the corporation, the more dividends the employees get.

Short/Long Term Goals

Short Term

1) Increase corporation head count so that all departments are staffed properly.

2) Increase revenue so that corporation can begin making quarterly profits.

3) Create OBB Site and ensure its prices are updated weekly.

4) Create and maintain at least one alliance and/or open contract with another corporation.

Long Term

1) Increase corporation head count to over 100 employees.
2) Increase quarterly profits by 10% each quarter.
3) Find a prime location for a Star Base and build one.
4) Purchase and maintain an ORCA fleet
